I started this thread because i play real football and i wanna see if anyone else out there does. Also Ironman wants this for some reason. But just checking in to see who plays, if you play or did post some stuff about you .. like your 40 yard dash time and stuff.

i just do regular lifting and when i go down the shore i go 40 yard dashes on the beach.

train myself, sometime my dad checks in and watches. but if anyone wants to know what the 40 yard dash drill i do is. run 40 yards 3/4 speed and then once u hit the marker at the end u jogg backwards to the beginning. i do it like 12 times a day when im down the shore

So you must have pretty strong legs, eh?
How many sets and reps do you do for each bodypart?

mostly each part 4 sets of 8 but calf raises i do 20 reps a set and bench and squats i do the pyramid

Are ready?
Here it goes. I want you to do 5 sets of 8-12 reps on each bodypart. I want t you to get 12 reps on each set and if you know you can't drop the weight. You should put on some size with this. Do this for about 9 weeks and then will get some powerlifting in there

Thanks for the tip. But i might try that out later because what im doing now i feel is working really good. Ive been getting good gains and everything. i might try out what u said in the future. Thanks for the tip bro
