Right now i weight 135, max bench is 150 but by end of summer i wanna bench 175 or more. OK........... FIND OUT WHAT YOU BENCH FOR A SOLID SINGLE. THEN BACK OFF SO YOU CAN DO 3 REPS. NOW THATS THE STARTING NUMBER YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH TO START. DO 6 SETS OF 3 AFTER OFCOURSE A GOOD WARM UP. NOW WHEN YOU ARE ABLE TO DO A GOOD SET OF 5, MOVE UP ON THE WEIGHT. DONT DO INCLINES DURING THIS PHASE OF LIFTING. DO DECLINES OR DIPS AND WHEN YOU WORK YOUR TRIS MAKE SURE YOU DO CLOSE GRIP BENCHES. DONT BOUNCE THE WEIGHT WHEN PRESSING. TAKE A BIG BREATH IN AND PRESS. PRESS AWAY FROM YOUR HEAD SLIGHTLY. BRING BAR DOWN TO NIPPLE AREA. KEEP FEEET FLAT ON FLOOR. ARCH YOUR BACK. KEEP BUTT AND SHOULDERS ON BENCH. SPREAD YOUR LATS. I CAN GO ON AND ON. ANOTHER ROUTINE IS A 5X5 SYSTEM. TO DO A 5X5 SYSTEM YOU MUST START OUT WITH A LIGHT WEIGHT AND DO 5 REPS, NOT 1 REP MORE. KEEP WORKING UP TILL THE LAST SET, THAT SET IT SHOULD BE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO PRESS FOR 5 REPS. WHEN YOU CAN PRESS FOR 5 REPS, GO UP IN WEIGHT. YOU SHOULD GO UP ON YOUR BENCH ABOUT 5 POUNDS A WEEK LIKE THAT. BENCH ONCE EVERY 5 DAYS, NO SOONER.

DONT HESITATE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS OR IF SOMETHING IS UNCLEAR LET ME KNOW.
I WOULDNT TRAIN ANY UPPER BODY THE DAY BEFORE MY BENCH DAY, IT WILL INTERFERE WITH PROGRESS.
THE DAY AFTER, AVOID SHOULDER TRAINING AS WELL.

DINO TRAINING IN MY HUMBLE OPINION IS THE BEST STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT FOR FUNCTIONAL STREGTH.
