Well I finally did it.......
I cracked a rib this past Monday night at Karate class and I still went to a bench meet..and was sooooo ....stoked..
i opened with 150.....slammed it up
then second attempt...180 easy lift
then third attempt.....200 and got it...
I won the women's division..the next closest lifter was 115 pounds......and i wasn't even 100%......i can't wait to start training for a full 3 lift meet again..i've been outta the scene for almost 5 years.....
I love it...the smell of IRON..!!!!
