anyone have any good suggestions for stretching out the legs?
My knees were killing me after last leg day.
I have 2 very jacked up knees. This was the first time they have hurt in a few months.

Ive also have very bad knees .. sometimes hurt when i be squatting

Ok bro several things can be going on here. I will assume that you have normal knee pain due to patella tracking issues. First off you MUST stretch your quads several times a day. But do not stretch to a pain. It should feel good not bad. Hold on to something with your left hand. THen grap your ankle as you pull it behind you. Keep your torso erect and pull the foot to your butt as far as you can. Then pull the leg behind you to a comfort level. Hold for 30 sec and switch legs. If you can be more specific on your pain I can help you more.
