Deadlifts are good. Ironman do you bench a lot ? i would figure your bench would be higher since your other maxes are high

Remember I had a wrist injury these are my maxes( except for the the inverted leg press that was last Thursday) at the beginning of the year

Hopefully your wrists get stronger...my roomie has the same problem...his bench is weak because he shattered his wrists 2 years ago... Great job so far!!
