Did a chest and back workout today
felt really really good
Yesterday i did a bench session to see where i was at 45 pounds 1x15 95 pounds 1x8 135 pounds 2x6 175 pounds 1x3
today i did the following
chest press 90 pounds 1x15 150 pounds 2x6 supperset with pec peck 60 pounds 2x6
other pec deck type machine 80 pounds 3x6
db press 30 pounds 2x8
db incline flyes 20 pounds 2x6
seated row 90 pounds 1x10 110 pounds 1x8,1x6
wg pulldowns 100 pounds 3x8
cg pulldowns with v bar 100 pounds 2x6
bent over row 90 pounds 2x6
low row 1pps 2x6
high row 55 pounds per side 1x6
t bar row 35 pounds 1x6 60 pounds 1x4

yes it does man. I am hitting a groove again with the chest and back workouts.
need to get the shoulders and arms moving again

i did 60 minuts on the tradmill today burned 266 regular caloris and 88 fat calories.
My goal is to start walking on the treadmill every morning for at least 30 minutes this will mean that I have to wake up at 430 am.

i am taking today off. Legs are a little sore from the walking yesterday. going to hit shoulders bi and tri tomorrow.

i did 45 minutes on the bike at level 9 burned 320 calories went 16.2 miles. my diet will start being posted here again.

pec deck 45 pounds 3x10
other pec deck 80 pounds 2x15, 1x10
seated row 90 pounds 2x10
wide grip pull down 80 pounds 3x10
low row 25 pounds 2x10
high row 25 pounds 3x15
felt good today like the high rep more then the low rep will keep this for a while
