Ok starting on Thursday i am returing to the gym And i will post my workouts on my other journal with my diet. This is going to be for things that i am now doing to get back into the swing of things and see how the back holds up. Today i walked around my complex 5x at a brisk pace and then TRIED to follow a vcr tape of yoga for beginners.

Well toady was my first day back at the gym. I only did a 40 minute slow jog on the treadmill and some chest exercises on the Cybex machines. I did get some good news i had entered into a BF% contest at my gym and the last weigh in was the day that i hurt my back. When i went in today and found out i won. I got a free hooded swetshirt with the gym's logo and four free training sessions with one of the personal trainers.

My back really was hurting so i ended up back at my PCP. I now have been told that i must see a orthopedic surgeon next week.

Ok my first real workout since making my return. My nutrionist put me on this one so i would not hurt my back more. All exercises have a 30 second rest between each set
Leg Ext: 50lbs 15,15,12,12 Seated Leg Curls: 30lbs 15,15,15 Seated Calves: 90lbs 15,15,15 Flat Dumbell Presses: 25 10,10,10 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses: 25 10,10,10 Fly Machine: 30lbs 15,15,15 then reversed 15,15,15 Curling Bar :35lbs 10,10,10 Tricep Pushdowns: 50lbs 10,10,10 30 minutes on treadmill at target heart rate
