KEPT A SHORT REST PERIOD BETWEEN ALL SETS.
ROTATOR CUFF SUPPORT.
MACHINE FLYS 5 SETS OF 5 (TO AIDE AS WARM UP).
DUMBELL BENCH 5 SETS OF 5.
12" BARBELL BENCHING (FROM CHEST TO ABOUT 12" ABOVE CHEST IS ONE REP).
DIPS 5 SETS OF 5.
ROB STYLE TRICEPT EXTENSIONS 5 SETS OF 5.
HI PULLS.
